Today we set up Classroom 2.0 accounts. I have not explored all of it yet but I'm sure I will soon. I often use the internet as a tool for various projects or lesson plans. I have found several ideas that have been very good, although many sights are not free. Many of them make you subscribe to them. I try to use government or educational websites rather than .coms. I like the idea of having them all posted by teachers rather than some random search. I think this a great tool for teachers to communicate and share ideas and lessons. I'm sure it will be useful to future teachers as well!
This has meet ISTE NET Standard 3b which states teachers collaborate with students, peers, parents, and community members using digital tools and resources to support student success and innovation.

I like that you are already displaying skills in information literacy (i.e. knowing the difference between extensions like .com)! Not surprising because of your experience in library science! Good choice of standards!
